“4 Digits Consulting – Judiciary and Public Sector Support”, as part of the “Institutional Strengthening of the High Court Council” project funded by USAID, continues to provide support to the HCC for further improvement of their human resources management capacity.

After the implementation of changes to the HCC HR application, enabling now also HR management of judges’ assistants, lay-judges and court staff, “4 Digits Consulting” provided the HCC with a series of documents which will help lay down the basis for a more effective and accurate HR management. The HCC was provided with a draft of Rule Book for Management of Personal Records – a baseline document for management of Personal Records by the HCC, in accordance to the relevant laws. Furthermore, the HCC was provided with a detailed User Manual for the updated HR application, as well as a list of frequently asked questions and answers concerning HR management and the HR application.

These documents provide a basis for successful utilization of the modules for judges’ assistants, lay-judges and administrative staff, and consequently for a more accurate and effective HR management.
