Dragan Obrenovic, ICT Expert and Executive Director at 4DC

Dragan Obrenović is an ICT Expert with over 1​2 years of experience in information technology, specificaly in justice sector ICT. His expertise includes ICT analysis, assessment of current state of ICT in the judiciary including infrastructure, hardware, applications and functionality, providing recommendations for improvements to the ICT infrastructure and ICT components and functionality, formulating strategic directions and alternatives on development of justice sector ICT, formulating architectural vision and architecture-related strategic actions, managing hardware and software procurements etc.

He has worked on several significant projects with tangible and still functioning outcomes such as the development and implementation of AVP case management system in Serbian commercial courts (USAID CCASA project), development and implementation of the Electronic Reporting System (ERS) for bankruptcy administration and the Risk-Based Management System (RBMS) for detecting questionable activities in bankruptcy proceedings (USAID BES project).

Also, Dragan has participated in the development of several strategic ICT documents related to the judiciary, such as the ICT Strategy and Implementation Roadmap for the Justice Sector in Serbia (World bank) and the Functional Review of the Serbian Justice System (World Bank).
