“4 Digits Consulting – Judiciary and Public Sector Support”, as part of the project “Institutional Strengthening of the High Court Council” funded by USAID, provides continuous support to the High Court Council in increasing the transparency and accessibility of the HCC and the courts to citizens, through different communication and information initiatives.
In order to assist the implementation of the HCC Communication Strategy, the Project conducted a court user satisfaction survey. The aim of this research is to provide a clear picture of the level of satisfaction of courts users – citizens and lawyers, with the various segments of the functioning of courts: access to information, physical access to the courts, judicial efficiency, quality of service.
Based on the analysis of the gathered data, 4DC prepared a report underlining the key survey findings, as well as recommendations for further implementation of the Communication Strategy in order to further strengthen the citizen’s confidence in the work of the courts and the HCC.
