As e-Justice Expert, Bojan Jelić has a specific combination of legal background (lawyer) with over seven years of experience in ICT related projects in the judiciary. After working as Lead Trainer on the World Bank project “Building Capacity for Using Automated Case Management System in Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Republic of Serbia” through which the AVP case management software was implemented in all basic and higher courts in Serbia, he has continuosly provided support to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Sebia in the majority of ICT related justice sector projects.

His area of expertise ranges from business and court case flow analysis, gap analysis and business process reengineering and harmonization, through development of technical and functional specifications for software development, to court performance analysis, experience in legal drafting and analysis of legal documents.

He has also participated as short term Case Management Expert in the development and implementation of the e-Filing methodology in Serbian courts.

  • Organized and conducted training in using Automated Case Management System (AVP) for the administrative staff in courts of general jurisdiction (clerks and typists) as well as judges and assistant judges;
  • Provided support to trainers in the organization of training activities and all other issues regarding court operations and procedures, case flow management and legal matters;
