Courts trained for changes in the High Court Council HR application

As part of the project “Institutional Strengthening of the High Court Council”, 4 Digits Consulting – Judiciary and Public Sector Support (4DC) conducted a series of trainings for court representatives, for the newly developed modules of the High Court Council HR application - modules for judges’ assistants, lay-judges and administrative staff.

The training was conducted in Belgrade, Nis, Novi Sad and Kragujevac, with around 250 court representatives of all court instances being trained.

Through the delivery of the training, 4DC enabled the individual courts to be fully prepared for providing the HCC information on judges’ assistants, lay judges and administrative staff, through the centralized HCC HR application, thus enabling the HCC to have full and accurate information on court HR, necessary for future HR management.
